Terms of use and refunds

These terms apply to gamedaypredictions.co.uk ("Gameday Predictions", "we"), run by Gameday Predictions. By creating an account or paying you accept them.

What we are

We publish football match previews, bet tips and an expert pick. We are not a bookmaker, we do not take bets and we do not guarantee any result. Predictions are opinions based on form and statistics. Betting carries risk: only stake what you can afford to lose.

Who can use the site

You must be 18 or older. Do not use the site where gambling-related content is not allowed for you.

Paying

An expert pick costs £1, €1 or $1 by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (payments are handled by Stripe), or KSh 10 by M-Pesa in Kenya. One payment unlocks the three bet tips and the expert pick for one match, saved to your account.

Digital content and your right to cancel

The pick is digital content delivered immediately after payment. By paying you agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once it has been unlocked.

Refunds

If you were charged but the pick did not unlock, if you were charged twice, or if a match is cancelled or postponed before kick-off, email support@gamedaypredictions.co.uk with your account email and the match and we will refund you. A pick that simply did not win is not a reason for a refund.

Accounts and chat

Keep your password safe. Be respectful in game chats. No links, spam, personal details or abuse; we may hide comments and mute accounts that break these rules. Chats are deleted after the match day.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from bets you place. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
